Man drives into ditch, issued citation

WOOD COUNTY (WAOW) - A 51 year old man was issued a citation after he allegedly lost control of his vehicle this morning and ended up in a ditch.

The Wood County Sheriff's Department says the Rhinelander man called authorities at 3:33am but didn't know where he was. Investigators found him in Pittsville at Apple Road and Hilltop Road.

He was issued a citation and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
