WAUPACA COUNTY (WAOW) - A Waupaca woman is dead following injuries she sustained in a car accident.

The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department reports 23-year-old Amanda Lubinski was ejected from her vehicle on February 10 after she lost control and hit a semi.

Lubinski was taken to Riverside Medical Center and then transferred to Theda Clark Medical Center, where she died of her injuries at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

A child from the same vehicle had to be removed by the jaws of life, and was also being treated at Theda Clark Medical Center.

The child's condition is unknown at this time.
