A Gleason man wanted since August 2011 has been arrested in Lincoln County.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Timothy Lee Tutor was spotted Tuesday evening outside a house on the 5000 block of Town Hall Road. Officials say a deputy drew his taser and ordered Tutor to surrender.
Lincoln County officers had tried to arrest Tutor last Friday, but he ran away, leading officers on an unsuccessful K-9 search.
Deputies found a pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana in Tutor's pocket when they arrested him, sheriff's officials said. Tutor was taken to the Lincoln County Jail.
Officers say Tutor has been wanted by probation agents since August of 2011. He was placed on probation after being found guilty of seven counts of failing to provide support to a child.
A family member of Tutor was cited Tuesday evening for obstructing an officer after reportedly telling deputies she hadn't seen Tutor since Friday.
