One week after Major League Baseball's All-Star Game, a different set of all-stars will take the field in Eau Claire.
The Northwoods League All-Star Game will pit North against South on July 23rd.
Matt Tellor and Jackson Lowery will represent the Woodchucks in the South Division.
Tellor has played in 41 games this season, leading the team in at-bats. The first baseman has made 25 runs this season, which is second behind Tyler Stieb.
Meanwhile, Lowery has one of the lowest ERAs on the squad with a 1.44 through 25 innings pitched this season.
The Rafters, meanwhile, will send five to Eau Claire, which ties the Madison Mallards for the most selections from one team in the South Division.
Catcher Jackson Slaid and outfielder Donnie Deweees each have nine homers. Both lead the division in that category. Jonathan Maroney currently leads the team with a .350 batting average.
Right-handed pitcher John Kravetz is coming off a phenomenal performance Friday night, when he pitched over seven innings and retired 14 straight batters.
And J.P. Feyereisen, the UW-Stevens Point product, earned his ninth save of the season last night.
