Miller? Guiton? Doesn't matter to No. 23 Wisconsin
MADISON (AP) -
No. 23 Wisconsin is up for the challenge of facing Ohio State's high-powered offense, regardless of who's calling the plays in the huddle.
Badgers coach Gary Andersen says it doesn't matter whether it's Braxton Miller or Kenny Guiton playing quarterback. It won't change how Wisconsin prepares for Saturday night's showdown at the Horseshoe.
Wisconsin (3-1, 1-0 Big Ten) has played well so far overall in the new 3-4 defensive alignment that Andersen has introduced in his first year in Madison. They've overwhelmed the opponents they're supposed to beat, but did struggle against the pass in their only loss, 32-30 at Arizona State.
But the Buckeyes may have their own adjustments to make. Linebacker Chris Borland hopes the 3-4 defense might be better suited for facing athletic quarterbacks like Miller.
